Our approach
Our case management process
At eLFi, every case follows four clear stages, from the initial consultation to completion. This ensures you always know what is happening, who is handling it and when to expect results.
-
Stage 1
Initial consultation and analysis
You tell us about your situation. We identify the legal, financial or business matters involved and determine which specialist is best suited to assist you.
-
Stage 2
Plan, timeline and costs
You receive a clear plan outlining our approach, the timeline and an agreed breakdown of costs. We only begin work once you have given your approval.
-
Stage 3
Cross-border coordination
Working with our specialists, we coordinate the process across the Netherlands, Türkiye and other countries. You receive regular updates in your own language.
-
Stage 4
Outcome and ongoing support
You receive the outcome and all relevant documents. We then work with you to explore a structure that supports your long-term goals.
Practical Information: What to Submit
The more complete your documents are, the sooner we can get started. Examples include:
- Proof of identity or an extract from the Chamber of Commerce register
- Contracts, quotations and invoices relevant to your case
- Previous judgments, decisions or correspondence with the other party
- Powers of attorney, if we need to act on your behalf
After the initial consultation, you will receive a checklist tailored to your case.
A single point of contact, in your language
You’ll communicate with a single point of contact at eLFi, in Dutch, Turkish, or English. We coordinate the specialists in the various countries and provide you with clear summaries of documents and developments.
Costs are clear up front
We will explain the costs in advance based on the scope of your case and the expertise required. You won’t agree to proceed until you know exactly what to expect.
Travel is usually not necessary
We can handle many cases from Rotterdam and through our network—for example, by power of attorney. If your presence is still required, we’ll let you know well in advance and will look for alternatives whenever possible.
